9-Step Assurance Process

#1 TRIAGE

During triage any damaged or missing parts are identified and the unit is pressure washed and cleaned with environmentally safe chemicals.

#2 REFRIGERATION TEST & REPAIR

Equipment is data logged to ensure unit is cooling to OEM standards by ERS technicians who are all EPA-certified.

#3 PREPARATON SIGN FRONT MODIFICATION

All damaged parts, bulbs, decals, bad doors and sign fronts are removed and recycled.

 #4 BODYWORK & PAINT PREP

Equipment moves to a Positive Air Flow Sanding Booth where the unit is readied for painting.

#5 PAINT BOOTH

To ensure quality and safety, ERS employs EPA-certified painters and uses environmentally friendly, low VOC UV-protecting paint in a UniCure Dual Bay paint booth. All units are baked to harden the paint finish.

#6 SIGN FRONT & DECAL APPLICATION

Chameleon, Landscape or Retro sign fronts are applied based on customer request. Updated graphics are added along with new light bulbs.

#7 COMPONENT INSTALL & TEST

All critical parts removed in the teardown are replaced and a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) is installed on vending machines.

#8 DIAGNOSTIC & REPAIR

Refrigeration and amperage are checked, software upgrades are made, and any lighting issues are addressed.

#9 FINAL QUALITY CHECKS INSPECTION

A full Hipot electrical test is conducted along with a functionality test to ensure all components are in working order. A visual inspection is conducted and a Seal of Pride is applied which ensures everything has been done to company standards. Finally, all assets are carefully packaged for shipping to protect from damage during transportation.
